General Dentist
Location: Southampton, PA 18966
Southampton Dental Solutions is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing dental practice in Southampton, Pennsylvania. This full-time or part-time flexible position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients and collaborating with our dedicated dental team.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages.
- Perform examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive care.
- Educate patients regarding oral health, treatment options, preventive care, and long-term dental needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-desk staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Participate in emergency and same-day dental care when appropriate.
- Follow applicable dental regulations, professional standards, and practice policies.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.
- Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical and patient-centered dentistry.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team.
- New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply.
- Experience with Curve Dental is preferred.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation
Salary with commission/collections, ranging from $80,000 to $200,000 plus 35%-40% commission/collections.
