The Opportunity

As an Advisory National - Cybersecurity Director, you will focus on providing comprehensive security solutions across various domains, maintaining the protection of client systems and data. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success.

In this role, you will work within our Cybersecurity practice, applying a broad understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices to address diverse security challenges effectively. You will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, driving thought leadership and promoting technological advances. By creating an environment where people and technology thrive together, you will identify gaps in the market and convert opportunities to success for the firm. You will also adhere to and enforce professional and technical standards, fostering a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Leading cybersecurity initiatives to protect client systems and data from potential threats
- Developing comprehensive security strategies and frameworks to address diverse challenges
- Overseeing the implementation of secure systems and proactive solutions for data protection
- Collaborating with teams to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security architecture
- Driving business growth by shaping client engagements and fostering executive-level relationships
- Mentoring and guiding the next generation of cybersecurity leaders within the organization
- Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Validating compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulatory requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking and AI fluency to innovate and improve security measures
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and managing security incidents effectively

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and policies
- Utilizing Azure Data Factory for data integration and management
- Promoting AI-human collaboration to enhance cybersecurity strategies
- Leading strategic questioning to drive innovative solutions
- Cultivating relationships through effective communication and influence
- Implementing security architecture and compliance management

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
