• Support capacity-building, program enrollment growth, and expansion into new communities and school sites.

• Ensure full compliance with Community Care licensing requirements, quality assurance assessments, and program evaluations.

• Manage program budgets with fiscal responsibility and judicious resource allocation.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across all program staff.

Impact Strategy and Data Leadership

• Co-lead and actively partner with Operations on the organization’s impact strategy, ensuring programs are aligned with Girls Inc. outcomes and strategic priorities, and responsive to community needs.

• Oversee systems for tracking participation, dosage, outcomes, and demographic data across all program sites.

• Collaborate with Program and Operations staff to ensure accurate, timely data collection across platforms (e.g., Compass 360, internal dashboards).

• Analyze data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for program improvement.

• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams, leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.

• Support development of dashboards and reports that communicate organizational reach, impact, and progress toward strategic goals.

• Cultivate and steward strategic partnerships with schools, districts, nonprofits, public agencies, and community-based organizations.

• Identify partnership opportunities that expand access to Girls Inc. programming and deepen impact for girls and families.

• Serve as a key external ambassador for Girls Inc., representing the organization in collaborative initiatives and community forums.

• Ensure partnerships are well-coordinated, mutually beneficial, and aligned with mission and organizational capacity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Executive Director and leadership team on strategic planning and organizational priorities.

• Partner with the Development team to provide data, stories, and outcomes for grants, reports, and external communications.

• Contribute to board reports and presentations related to program reach and outcomes.
