Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Mozaic Concierge Living
Supervisor: Director of Sales and Marketing
Job Objective:
Supports the ongoing efforts of the sales team in introducing to prospective residents and their families. Enables sales team members to meet and exceed sales goals for presales to move-ins.
Full-time 40 hr. Days
This position is located in Stamford, CT
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years' experience in office management or similar involvement. Demonstrated interest in continued growth and learning
Essential Job Functions:
- Take responsibility for providing superior hospitality to prospective residents and other guests.
- Understand the minimum sales targets throughout the development life cycle while assisting sales team achieve them.
- Receive initial inquiries over the phone and internet, entering into CRM.
- Make reminder and follow up calls relative to events and other needs.
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with supplies, collateral material and other items necessary for the sales function.
- Make deposits and handle transactions accurately on the day on which they occur, including cancellations.
- Set up and manage prospective resident files.
- Maintain all sales reports, CRM reports, Engrain, Mailing and Suppression Lists
- Maintain Facebook page daily
- Manage the response and fulfillment of collateral for all inquiries.
- Coordinate and take part in events to promote the opportunity to prospective residents and influencers.
- Manage the timely processing of the departmental accounts payable against budgeted spend down schedule.
- Understand departmental sales goals and actively contribute towards achieving those goals.
- Ben an active member of the team, participating in strategic discussion, training sessions and other exercises aimed at understanding the customer and markeUcompetitve forces.
- Self-directed with a high detail orientation and organizational skills including commitment to accuracy.
