The Contractor must provide a Kick-Off Meeting Summary confirming the agreed scope, approach, roles, key dependencies, schedule and stakeholder-engagement plan.

UX and Inclusive Design Assessment Report - Associated Task: 4.1

The report must include:

a. description of the Organizational Challenge;

b. stakeholder analysis;

c. current-state user journey and process documentation;

d. identified user and stakeholder pain points;

e. identified service gaps.

UX Improvement and Coaching Report - Associated Task: 4.2

The report must include:

a. key UX and capability improvement opportunities;

b. description of each opportunity;

c. expected user and business value;

d. implementation considerations;

e. prioritization rationale.

Automation and Artificial Intelligence Opportunity Assessment - Associated Task: 4.3

The report must include:

a. a minimum of 2 identified opportunities;

b. description of each opportunity;

c. business value assessment;

d. implementation considerations;

e. prioritization matrix.

UX Knowledge Transfer Package

The package must include:

a. presentation materials;

b. templates;

c. checklists;

d. methodologies;

e. instructional materials.

UX Capability Assessment

Report - Associated Task: 4.4

The report must include:

a. baseline UX capability observations;

b. activities delivered;

c. UX and inclusive-design capabilities addressed;

d. recommendations for continued development.

Final Report - Associated Task:

4.1 to 4.5

The report must consolidate:

a. all findings;

b. recommendations;

c. lessons learned;

d. proposed next steps.

Executive Recommendations

Presentation

The presentation must provide business-focused findings and recommendations only and must not constitute a technical solution design, implementation plan, procurement strategy or software-development plan.
