YOUR MISSION
Lead PUMA’s financial transparency and management for Sports Marketing related business (esp. MWB assessment).
Own and execute the end-to-end (from strategic, tactical to operational) financial planning and analysis for global Sports Marketing MWB portfolio
Primary business partner and close collaboration with the Sports Marketing Business Leads for the respective area of responsibility as well as within the Finance Team to build acumen and drive proactive forward looking financial planning processes to safeguard the realization of brand interests as well as financial Return On Investment (ROI) ambitions
Critically evaluate and challenge the Sports Marketing MWB Financials (global & local portfolio review).
Establish key revenue, cost and efficiency metrics and benchmarks to rigorously measure Sports Marketing and category investment related financial performance KPI (e.g. variable, fixed cost, etc.).
Enforce consistent reporting and planning policies and practices across the global Sports Marketing categories and advise local organizations.
Continuously review and improve system and data transparency and infrastructure to build enhanced transparency for business management.
Drive key financial processes, including actual performance reviews, planning and forecasting
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by actively engaging team members, promoting open communication, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
Compliance with and implementation of legal and operational requirements regarding occupational health and safety within your own area of responsibility.
YOUR TALENT
Educational background of business studies (MBA a plus) ideally with focus of Accounting & Finance
3-5 years of related professional experience in similar industry (sport & fashion is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership audience
End-to-end Thinking to convert operational, tactical and strategic related discussions and transparency
Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports and team
Functional and personal leadership competencies to lead in ambiguous situations
Affinity and capabilities to work with reporting systems (SAP a plus) and to further develop them
Ability to work under pressure and to produce top notch deliverables.
