Job Description

• Campaign Development: Development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across paid, owned and social channels for the UOB TMRW and Cards & Payments, including Regional initiatives to meet business targets.
• Content Creation: Develop and execute content for UOB TMRW and UOB Cards communication channels across key pillars of Dining, Travel, Retail and Online.
• Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, working closely with media agency to providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Day-to-day: Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of tactical campaigns across paid, owned and social platforms. Also support the team with simultaneous brand and tactical campaigns across both UOB TMRW and Cards campaigns.
• Collaboration: Manage day-to-day relationships with key internal stakeholders, agency partners and vendors, to ensure marketing communications adhere to brand strategy and regulatory requirements, while keeping to project deadlines.
• Others: Administrative support and any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• Experience: Min. 3 - 5 years of Consumer Marketing (B2C) or Brand Management-related experience
• Skills and attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Digital and social marketing knowledge
  • Keen learner, resourceful, creative thinker, and a team player with a proactive attitude who can work independently
  • Detail-oriented with good project coordination abilities to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good branding/design sense with business acumen and able to express opinions and provide feedback on creative work. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flair for creative writing will be a plus.
