We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Talent & Organization Development to join our team.
Purpose & Scope
This role executes the Group's end to end performance management and employee engagement cycle, serving as the central analytical engine connecting the four core pillars of the Talent & Organization Development (T&OD) team: Organization Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
Operating within the T&OD team, this role acts as a vital catalyst for organizational effectiveness. By delivering actionable talent insights, the role elevates engagement, fosters a high-performance culture, supports talent engagement, and assists in designing and executing group-level talent strategies with high visibility among executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Performance Management & Competency Analytics
Execute the end-to-end performance cycle, including goal alignment through OKRs, 360-degree competency evaluations, and performance rating calibrations across the company.
Review and enhance performance management workflows, uphold rating and calibration standards, refine competency framework, and analyze results to identify capability gaps and insights.
Formulate, execute, and monitor targeted training initiatives to close competency gaps identified.
Employee Engagement & Experience
Manage the lifecycle of engagement and pulse surveys, encompassing survey administration, question design, deployment, and data analysis.
Synthesize employee sentiment patterns, uncover key organizational insights, and draft executive presentation reports with strategic recommendations.
Design, launch, and evaluate targeted wellbeing and engagement programs to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Cross Pillar Data Integration & Insights
Collect, aggregate, and analyze data across all four T&OD pillars to create a unified view of organizational health and capability.
Develop visual dashboards and regular reports to enable data-driven decision-making and track the ROI of talent and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in driving performance management, employee engagement survey, or HR data analytics.
Advanced analytical capability with ability to aggregate multi-source HR data, using dashboards and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Demonstrated curiosity and practical agility in adopting AI tools (e.g., generative AI for data synthesis, drafting, or process automation) to enhance work efficiency.
Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and agile, with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Spoken and written fluency in English and Cantonese.
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Manager, those with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer.
