Job Description:
The Sales Learning Facilitator is a key role responsible for delivering critical skills and behavioral development programs to our global Sales Associates. This position will lead engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, provide expert coaching and feedback, and contribute to the design and continuous improvement of high-impact learning content.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation (Virtual & In-Person)
- Multi-Modal Facilitation: Lead and facilitate engaging, interactive, and inclusive training sessions across physical classrooms and virtual environments (utilizing platforms such as MS Teams, Sana & Uplimit).
- Learner Engagement: Utilize diverse facilitation techniques (e.g., breakout groups, role-playing, gamification, and interactive polling) to maintain high energy, focus, and participation.
- Dynamic Adaptation: Read the "room" (whether physical or digital), actively listening to participant dynamics and adjusting the pace, depth, and tone of the session in real-time to meet learner needs.
- Technology Enablement: Maintain deep familiarity with modern virtual classroom tools, whiteboarding applications (e.g., Miro, Mural), CRM systems, and AI-driven training platforms to deliver seamless, modern, and tech-enabled sessions.
Coaching, Feedback & Mentoring
- 1:1 and Group Coaching: Provide structured coaching and mentoring to support individual developmental goals, helping learners bridge the gap between classroom theory and day-to-day operations.
- Constructive Feedback: Observe learner performance (during practice runs, roleplays, or on-the-job tasks) and deliver actionable, supportive, and objective feedback.
- AI-Enhanced Practice: Integrate and facilitate the use of AI coaching and simulation tools, helping learners practice skills and receive instant, automated feedback in a safe, scalable environment.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Impact Measurement: Design and implement feedback mechanisms, assessments, and surveys to measure training effectiveness and learner satisfaction (utilizing frameworks like the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model).
- Data Administration: Utilize relevant tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track participant attendance, manage learning pathways, analyze completion rates, and report on training impact to business stakeholders.
- Continuous Iteration: Review feedback data, training metrics, and business outcomes to continuously refine and modernize existing learning programs.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Proactively research and experiment with emerging trends in corporate learning, including microlearning, social learning, and modern AI-supported educational systems.
Workshop Design & Development
- Instructional Alignment: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), learning design teams and key stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear, measurable behavioral objectives.
- Curriculum & Material Creation: Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to draft interactive workshop outlines, lesson plans, slide decks, participant workbooks, and facilitator guides.
- AI-Assisted Content Generation: Safely and effectively leverage generative AI learning tools to accelerate curriculum outlining, draft realistic role-play scenarios, and personalize learning paths.
- Experiential Learning: Design hands-on activities, realistic scenario-based simulations, and case studies that move beyond passive knowledge acquisition to practical, execution-level mastery.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Recognized facilitation or coaching certification (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), ICF Coaching Certification, or equivalent).
Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a dedicated learning delivery, corporate training, or educational facilitation role.
- Proven track record of delivering both in-person classroom workshops and virtual training programs to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design and the creation of structured training materials.
- Experience in coaching or providing structured professional development feedback
Preferred Experience & Certifications:
- Hands-on experience utilizing Learning & CRM Tools (e.g., Workday, Sana, Salesforce) to manage learner cohorts, track engagement, or train customer-facing teams.
- Familiarity with AI Learning Tools (such as generative AI for course design, AI-driven adaptive learning platforms, or automated voice/video tools for training modules).
- Experience administering or utilizing a major Learning Management System (LMS).
