Description
Customer Service Representative – Sales
As a Sales Agent, you will make outbound calls to potential clients, guide them through the sign-up process, and help them become engaged with the platform. The role involves cold calling, lead qualification, consultative selling, objection handling, CRM management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing.
Proven sales experience with confidence in cold calling and meeting targets.
Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM.
Strong communication, questioning, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
Ability to identify business opportunities and deliver compelling sales pitches.
Strategic and consultative approach to sales.
Language: English
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
Training: Approximately 15 working days, 8 hours per day, conducted in English.
Training Allowance: €18.56 per day (€92.80 per 5-day week).
Gross Monthly Salary: €1,227.33, including base salary, meal allowance, and holiday/Christmas allowances.
Variable Bonus: Up to €300/month, based on performance.
Eligibility: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
