Description:

Position Purpose:
Performs a variety of duties such as scraping, sanding, repairing walls, painting, varnishing and applying wallcovering to maintain and upgrade the aesthetical values of the Hospital.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent

• Three(3) Years of Experience

Physical and Mental Effort:

• Must be able to set and organize own work priorities and adapt to them as they change frequently.  Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles. 
• Must possess the ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures. 
• Position requires ability to constantly lift objects more than 100 pounds, perform difficult manipulative and arm-hand coordination skills; walk, stand, sit and remain in uncomfortable positions for long periods; see objects closely, far away and discriminate colors; and hear normal sounds with some background noises.
• Employee may constantly be exposed to hazardous materials such as chemicals and dust and the employee may frequently be exposed to blood, body tissues, fluids, high temperatures, low temperatures, sudden fluctuation in temperature, seasonal conditions in outside weather, toxins, citoxins, poisonous substances, bodily injuries, loud or unpleasant noises, humidity, wetness, electrical hazards and burns.
