The Growth Marketing Manager – Pay Online will drive the growth of Online Payments by developing and executing data-driven strategies that increase revenue, Gross Transaction Value (GTV), transactions, user conversion, and category adoption. The role will leverage consumer, merchant, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities, shape customer behavior, and deliver initiatives that support business and user growth. This role will also work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business KPIs, optimize marketing investments, and continuously improve growth marketing processes.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead revenue planning and delivery for the Online Payments business by driving growth in Monthly Active Users (MAU), frequency of use, Average Transactions per User (ATPU), and Average Value per User (AVPU).
• Identify and evaluate market trends, business opportunities, and category growth drivers to support business objectives.
• Analyze business and market performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop deep consumer insights by understanding user behaviors, usage drivers, triggers, needs, and pain points.
• Define and target relevant consumer and user segments based on behavioral and transactional data.
• Develop learning plans and research briefs to strengthen consumer, category, and market understanding.
• Translate consumer and market insights into actionable growth strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Develop and implement initiatives that encourage adoption, conversion, frequency, and increased spending across Online Payments categories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that deliver revenue and user growth KPIs.
• Monitor campaign and business performance, identify gaps, and optimize strategies based on data and learnings.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure marketing investments are aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Establish a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve campaigns, customer journeys, and growth initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and ways of working within the B2C Growth Marketing Team.
• Prepare and communicate business updates, performance reports, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, consumer marketing, or a related field.
• Experience developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, or revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and customer segmentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, business KPIs, and marketing effectiveness.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing investments.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, strategies, and recommendations.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or digital platforms is an advantage.
