Job Summary

Manages and oversees all warehouse activities, ensures efficient process, and maximizes warehouse productivity. 

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Communicating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Warehouse optimization (slow moving and season stock).
• Additional tasks may be assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities

• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to supervise a team of 5+ employees

Education & Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in shipping and receiving
• High School Diploma/GED Required
