Description
A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to play a critical role in delivering a cutting-edge digital Developer & Integration Portal. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned automation specialist who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys driving quality across API, integration and user-facing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites.
- Implement UI test automation using Playwright and support API test automation initiatives.
- Execute functional, integration and release validation testing across digital onboarding journeys.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Support performance testing activities, defect triage and test data management.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts and designers to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Test Automation Engineer within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Playwright, API test automation and Postman/Newman or equivalent tools.
- Experience building and maintaining automated regression frameworks.
- Solid understanding of integration testing, release validation and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to performance testing, test data management and defect management processes.
- Financial services, digital platform or API-driven solution experience will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively within Agile delivery teams and contribute from project mobilisation through to production deployment.
