Job Description:
The primary responsibilities will be assisting with processing semi-monthly payroll, tax coordination, troubleshooting payroll related issues, and reporting.
What You'll Do:
Assist Payroll team with processing semi-monthly payroll including multi-state and various pay types of compensation including commission, bonus and overtime.
Input and maintain employee information necessary for processing payroll.
Monitors the Payroll email inbox and quickly responds to routine payroll related questions with accurate, thorough and helpful answers.
Assist employees and managers with processing of timesheet corrections.
Assists with the tax set-up in new states for unemployment and withholding.
Other miscellaneous payroll duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work well with employees as well as managers.
High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
High level of personal accountability, integrity and ethical standards.
Strong skills in using Microsoft Office Excel.
