Role Description:
As Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the employee experience at QuadReal. Reporting to the Manager, HR and partnering closely with the broader HR team, you will help deliver and continuously improve many of the core HR processes that support our employees and managers globally. From onboarding and offboarding to employee lifecycle changes, learning and development programs, and strategic HR projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring our HR operations run efficiently.
In this role, you will help maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data, support HR reporting and analytics, and ensure HR processes are executed consistently and effectively. You will develop a strong understanding of our business, our people, and the end-to-end processes that support them. As an ideal candidate, you are naturally curious, detail-oriented, proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional employee and manager experience as a first point of contact for assigned client groups. Provide HR support to employees and managers, responding to inquiries regarding policies, programs, procedures, and employee relations matters.
Manage and coordinate our onboarding program, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure new hires have the tools, access, and resources they need for success.
Lead and coordinate the offboarding process, including HRIS updates, payroll and benefit changes and exit interviews.
Partner with the broader HR team to support strategic HR projects and initiatives, including learning and development programs, training delivery, and employee engagement activities.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners on position management, staffing updates, and recruitment activities, including participation in interviews when required.
Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, employee lifecycle transactions, and HR correspondence as required, ensuring updates are completed accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee data within Workday, ensuring employee lifecycle changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, audits, presentations, and workforce data to support HR initiatives and business decision-making.
Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, proactively identifying opportunities to improve and strengthen processes and efficiency.
Crosstrain with other HR Coordinators to facilitate knowledge-sharing and best practices and provide backup support and ensure continuity across HR operations.
Experience and Qualifications:
1-2+ years of HR experience, or related administrative experience in a corporate environment.
University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, HR processes, and HR best practices.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and workforce data. Previous knowledge of Workday or a similar HRIS system is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and data management skills.
Ability to understand and navigate end-to-end HR processes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, connect the dots, and support continuous process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Adaptable, collaborative, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
This job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000.
Based on the position, QuadReal offers a competitive total rewards package in addition to the base pay, which may include a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, pension plan, and paid time off.
