## Role Purpose

To grow e-commerce sales by owning growth analytics and overseeing marketing performance across media buying, organic/SEO and customer value management, ensuring every channel converts efficiently into traffic, conversion and revenue.

## Who you are

1. Own end-to-end digital funnel performance, from traffic acquisition through landing page, PDP and checkout, identifying and resolving conversion drop-off points

2. Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) through structured A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, PDPs and checkout flows

3. Own marketing analytics and oversee media buying, organic/SEO and Customer Value Management (CVM) performance, holding each function accountable to targets through data – without directly executing their campaigns

4. Analyze traffic, ROAS, CAC and marketing efficiency data with Analytics, translating insights into actions that grow sales

5. Deliver the digital growth roadmap, working hand-in-hand with the Commercial Growth Team Leader to maximize sales

## Competencies & Qualifications

1. Strong analytical, data-driven mindset, translating marketing and funnel data into growth actions

2. Experience with CRO methodology, A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

3. Working knowledge of media buying, organic/SEO and CVM principles, sufficient to assess and challenge performance

4. Stakeholder management across Commercial, media/agency, SEO and CVM teams

5. People leadership and team development experience

## Technical & Professional Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing or marketing analytics, including team leadership
• Proven experience running A/B testing/experimentation programs that improved funnel conversion
• Strong proficiency in web/marketing analytics tools (e.g. GA4), with familiarity in media, SEO and CVM performance metrics
