Location: Flexible on location in the UK with visits to our office in Wimbledon as and when required.

We're looking for a Senior Manager, Third Party Risk Management to lead our approach to managing supplier, outsourcing and partner risk across the organisation.

You'll shape the framework, governance and oversight that underpins critical third-party relationships, working closely with senior leaders across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal and the wider business.

Success in this role means giving the business clear visibility of risk, strengthening operational resilience and ensuring supplier decisions are supported by robust governance and informed risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and continuously enhance the third-party risk management framework.

• Drive a consistent, risk-based approach to supplier governance across the lifecycle.

• Provide senior challenge on material supplier risks, exceptions and remediation plans.

• Influence strategic supplier and outsourcing decisions through expert risk insight.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen accountability and risk ownership.

• Deliver reporting that highlights emerging risks, trends and control gaps.

• Improve visibility of critical third-party dependencies and resilience risks.

• Lead audit, assurance and regulatory engagement relating to third-party risk.

• Drive improvements in reporting, controls, tooling and data quality.

• Develop a high-performing team and build organisational capability.

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive experience in third-party risk management or supplier governance.

• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks within a regulated environment.

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and governance forums.

• Knowledge of operational resilience, information security and compliance controls.

• Strong analytical and reporting capability.

• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews.

• Ability to balance risk management with commercial objectives.

• Proven leadership and people development skills.
