About the Role
Acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT vendors to translate business needs into effective solutions, ensuring clear requirements, documentation, and stakeholder sign-offs.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and management to ensure IT application architecture, systems, and solutions align with business objectives.
- Lead application delivery, enhancement projects, product launches, testing, UAT, and production deployments while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and timelines.
- Provide application support, technical troubleshooting, incident management, and operational support, including BCP, DR, and BCM activities.
- Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, process flows, integration designs, and technical standards.
- Support IT governance, risk management, audit compliance, security controls, data privacy, and technology policies.
- Ensure high availability, performance, capacity management, and reliability of critical business applications and infrastructure.
- Identify risks, recommend mitigation actions, and proactively escalate issues requiring management attention.
- Manage IT operations, service delivery, SLA compliance, outage reporting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, develop, and allocate resources within the team, including identifying training needs and supporting career growth.
- Manage vendor relationships and support staff augmentation, system maintenance, and operational requirements.
- Oversee end-user support services, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and adherence to service standards.
- Support senior management in strategic initiatives, operational decision-making, and technology governance.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computing, engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in IT related with 2+ years of IT project coordination/delivery experience
- Has good domain knowledge of similar/related industry and has good knowledge/understanding in distribution and sales application
- Having technical/development experience and hands on will be a plus
- Experience with both in-source and out-source model
- Problem solver / Go getter attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good decision making and conflict resolution skills
