Job Description

As a Security Officer EMT Patrol Driver in Clifton Hill, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through established communication channels as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• EMT certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 2 years of service in a healthcare/medical-related field is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
