This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about pediatric health care and seek a career that combines administrative proficiency with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.Duties and ResponsibilitiesScheduling appointments to ensure efficient diary management and patient flow.Handling phone calls courteously, providing necessary information and redirecting inquiries as needed.Greeting patients and their families warmly, making them feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they step into the clinic.Taking payments, processing transactions meticulously, and issuing receipts to maintain accurate financial records.Recording all transactions accurately to ensure that patient accounts are up-to-date and reflective of the services provided.Filing insurance claims and managing related correspondence to alleviate the financial concerns of our patients and streamline operations.Communicating effectively with the clinical team to coordinate patient care and promote a unified approach to health service delivery.RequirementsProven experience or familiarity with administrative duties in a dental or medical office setting, highly desirable.Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, capable of building rapport and providing supportive interaction to all patients and visitors.Resourceful and thorough in the completion of tasks, demonstrating a proactive and diligent approach to all duties.Empathetic individual who is sensitive and responsive to the situations and needs of others, particularly pediatric patients and their families.Commitment to creating and nurturing a positive work environment, contributing constructively to the team and upholding the office’s values.Able to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently and effectively, maintaining a calm and organized presence even in busy periods.Motivated to engage in continuous learning and development within the role and the broader field of dental administration.Our office consistently strives to maintain a positive work-life balance, a supportive team environment, and a culture of positivity and open communication.
