Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Full Time or Part Time
HTS is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team in South Bend, IN. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy to residents across diverse care settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Located within the tri-campuses of Holy Cross College, St Mary’s College and the University of Notre Dame, this facility is a Life Plan Community (CCRC) with a reputation for excellence. There are two well-equipped therapy gyms and a large wellness fitness room; also featured are full-sized kitchen and bathroom for ADLs.
The choice is yours: this position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, based on the schedule that works best for you.

FULL-TIME is 30 – 40 hours per week, worked five days per week. A Full-Time position also includes generous PTO with a cash-out option, along with comprehensive health coverage that includes medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits.
PART-TIME is less than 30 hours per week, with the flexibility to work 3 – 5 days per week.
Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis, at all of our therapy sites in St. Joseph County.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
