Labcorp is seeking an Intern-Talent Acquisition to join our team at in Shanghai, China

Internship Details:

• Duration: 20 weeks, full-time/Onsite
• Dates of Internship: Oct 2026– May 2027
• Compensation: Paid internship
• Eligibility: Final-year students who are expected to graduate in July 2027 are preferred.

However, students at all academic levels who are pursuing relevant fields of study are encouraged to apply.

About Team:

Talent Acquisition Team in Asia-Pac, comprises of teams located in China and Singapore. For this internship, selected candidate will join members of TA Shanghai.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruiter Intern to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.• Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.• Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes.
• Learning and applying best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Assist in onboarding processes as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 months of internship experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.

Additional Job Standards:

• Interest in recruitment operations
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and well-organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision
• Maintains professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct
• Strong communication skills in English; both written and verbal
• Comfortable using tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn.
• Actively participates in training sessions and apply newly learned skills accordingly
