Your responsibilities:

• You will assist in talent acquisition: data collection and analysis for talent mapping; cold-call target candidates (summer interns)
• File management and Office support: clear up archives on Talent management, help to build up new share folders. Etc.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer sciences is preferred.
• Able to work at least 3 days per week.
• With HR Intern experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills good communication skills.
• Quick learner.
• Good oral and written English Familiar with Excel, Outlook, PPT.
