MISSION :
• To Define and improve the standards of machines applicable to the TEC function for all areas in SMQDC
• To improve reliability and to insure equipment durability following the defined maintenance strategy including criticality (At optimum costs)
• To train and propagate knowledge and competency for maintenance actions of level 1 and level 2….
Key Expected Achievements
Compliance of machine technical documentation and associated procedures/instructions (safety, quality, response procedures, backups, etc.)
Execution and application of maintenance procedures and instructions (setup, troubleshooting, adjustment, calibration, etc.)
Availability and relevance of technical analyses, maintenance plans, and equipment decommissioning plans
Effectiveness of maintenance support (response to maintenance requests resulting from equipment failures and implementation of corrective action plans to prevent recurrence)
Control and monitoring of technical parameters (machine technical parameters defined in Process-MTP)
Management of the PDR portfolio (definition, adaptation, optimization, and elimination)
Improvement of TRS/OEE through enhanced machine availability, reliability, and performance
Reduction of maintenance costs (troubleshooting efforts, preventive maintenance workload, etc.)
Enhancement of maintenance capabilities and competencies (coaching, mentoring, training materials, maintenance support tools, One-Point Lessons (OPLs), etc.)
