People Corporation continues to grow, and we are looking for a team player to join our Group Solutions team in Alberta. You will be joining a team of professionals with a broad range of skills and expertise to provide our clients with knowledgeable guidance, superior customer service and technical capabilities. The Client Support Coordinator will:
Developing clear and concise client materials, including presentations and employee communications
Communicating and collaborating effectively with team members, clients and insurance carrier partners to strategically support client and company goals and objectives
Managing and supporting the client onboarding process, including enrolments, communications and transitions to other carriers
Handling client inquiries and acting as a valuable liaison between clients and insurance carriers
Efficiently prioritizing tasks and adapting as needed, guided by their importance and urgency
Supporting a team of Account Managers and Managing Consultants across the region
Preparing correspondence by email and regular mail
Maintaining member communications, policies, text and other governance documents
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information within the EPIC CRM system
Performing EPIC CRM administration, including data entry, record maintenance, activity tracking, document management and ensuring data integrity
Supporting CRM-related processes and reporting, including maintaining client records, tracking follow-ups and assisting with information required for client management activities
Maintaining organized electronic and physical files and completing general administrative tasks
Performing other ad hoc client management and administrative duties as assigned
To be successful as a Client Support Coordinator with People Corporation, you will need:
Highly developed MS Office skills; an advanced level of PowerPoint is required
Experience with EPIC CRM or similar CRM systems is considered an asset
Client-focused with an unwavering commitment to service excellence
Strong communication skills, with excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
Demonstrated capacity for independent work and proactive initiative, coupled with proficient time management skills to effectively prioritize prospect, client and internal commitments
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential client information
The ability to handle information with confidentiality and a high degree of integrity

The base salary for this position is between $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
