About the Role:

The Sales Support Coordinator, CEE & ADRION provides multi-country operational, regulatory and product documentation support across the region. The role coordinates biocidal compliance activities, product and pricing data, customer communications, relabelling requirements and selected administrative processes. Working closely with GSARA, Legal, Product Management, Project Management, distributors and external partners, the position helps protect existing business, improve data quality and enable efficient market execution. The role reports to the Sales Director CEE & ADRION and creates capacity for the Sales Director and local teams to focus on profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

• Support GSARA with biocidal permit processes and coordinate permit extensions for Romania, Bulgaria and selected former Yugoslav markets, ensuring distributors are informed of requirements and status.
• Coordinate the creation, documentation and maintenance of the relabelling-sticker database in line with GSARA and Legal requirements.
• Prepare customer and distributor communications concerning relabelling stickers, regulatory updates and actions required to maintain SC Johnson compliance.
• Maintain Legacy and SAP product codes in regional price lists, including new products and changes to existing SKUs, and submit updates for management confirmation.
• Create, update and correct product information sheets and translations for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria and Italy, covering biocidal, cosmetic, Iconic Brands and Lifestyle Brand.
• Enter customer-required commercial, logistical and contact data on online platforms; coordinate printing and supply of relabelling stickers; and liaise with printers, distributors and other external partners to ensure timely execution.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Relevant professional experience in sales support, regulatory coordination, product data management, customer service or a comparable administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed documentation and data accurately across multiple countries, products and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English and working knowledge of standard office applications; ability to work with enterprise and customer data platforms.

Behaviors you’ll need:

• Experience supporting biocidal, chemical, cosmetic or other regulated product portfolios.
• Familiarity with SAP product master data, SKU creation
• Clear written communication and confidence working with customers, distributors and cross functional teams.
