Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and troubleshoot application issues is also a key part of the daily routine, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in documenting processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
- Experience with user interface design and development using Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services within packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools to customize and extend application functionality.
- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
