Job Description:

The Field Recruiter serves as the primary recruiting point of contact for retail hiring managers, liaising across the global talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring experiences. The talent acquisition advisor will build strong relationships with hiring managers, facilitate the end-to-end hiring process, interview and recommend management level candidates, provide insightful recruitment metrics, and support in-market events like job fairs and acquisitions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Partner with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, providing recruitment insights and metrics, and recommending effective strategies.
• Screen, schedule, interview and offer management level candidates, in partnership with hiring managers.
• Attend in-market events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to represent the company and attract top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
• Share local market nuances with global talent acquisition advisors to ensure effective support
• Author content for careers pages, message templates, offer letters, job descriptions, interview packs and job adverts.
• Be a brand ambassador for the Company, embodying its mission, vision, and values, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all interactions with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience or equivalent relevant business experience.
• Preferred experience supporting talent acquisition maintenance/diesel technician hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency with emphasis on Windows and Office 365 products.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule at a support center.

How much do we pay (Base)? The anticipated base salary for this position is approximately between $60,000 and $85,000 USD annually, *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full times employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
