Job Summary
Assist the Sales Team with open projects to ensure customer needs are met.
Job Responsibilities
- Obtain all necessary project information through survey/code check process to present information to the Sales Representative for a proposal.
- Assemble/Request Freight Quotes, Install Bids, Graphics, etc.
- Issue installer Purchase Orders for surveys.
- Send and receive required documentation after a project is awarded including permit documents, PO’s, site/survey photos, etc.
- Assist with over all aspects of the project coordination once order is received including shipping, freight arrival, drop shipments, installer timelines/communication and deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- High School Degree or Equivalent required
- Previous project management skills/experience beneficial but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Time management skills
- Team working skills
- Customer and personal service skills
- The ability to communicate well with others
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a Full-Time position. Typical hours are Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime may be needed at various times and will be communicated.
