About The Role:
The Product Launch team is built for people who don’t just maintain systems but create them. We take products from zero to hero, and scale them until they’re strong enough to be handed over to core teams. No legacy constraints. No endless support cycles. Just greenfield builds, modern tech, and real ownership from day one.
We move fast, think lean, and execute with focus, one product at a time, full commitment, full impact. Every sprint matters, every action delivers value. This is not a support team. It’s a build-from-scratch engine for products that matter, because every hero needs a superhero.
We’re looking for a Product Lead with strong iGaming experience to provide product management across new products built within the Product Launch Team. You will own the product from opportunity identification through launch and scale, setting the vision, shaping strategy, driving prioritization, and keeping teams focused on delivering meaningful customer and business outcomes.
As a Product Lead, you will guide through influence rather than hierarchy, bringing together Engineering, QA, Product, and business stakeholders around a clear product vision and shared goals. You will be accountable for making the right product decisions, creating clarity in complex environments, and turning ideas into successful products.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, positioning, and success metrics for new iGaming products.
- Manage product discovery and opportunity assessment, using market trends, customer insights, data, and experimentation to identify high-value opportunities.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, making clear prioritization choices based on customer value, business impact, market opportunity, and technical feasibility.
- Manage cross-functional teams through 0→1 product development, creating clarity around priorities, outcomes, scope, and delivery expectations.
- Translate complex business and customer needs into clear product outcomes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and business stakeholders to ensure strong alignment and effective execution.
- Drive an outcome-focused, lean product development approach, continuously assumptions and adapting based on evidence.
- Use KPIs, product analytics, funnels, user behavior, and experimentation to measure product performance and inform choices.
- Act as the product decision-maker and escalation point for key product trade-offs, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, speed, quality, and technical constraints.
- Champion a strong product mindset and culture of ownership, influencing stakeholders and teams without direct people-management responsibility.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early and ensure the right choices are made to keep products moving forward.
- Prepare successful products for scale and handover to core teams, ensuring the product strategy, documentation, KPIs, and learnings are clearly transferred.
Who You Are:
- Proven iGaming experience across Sportsbook, Casino, Platform, or related product areas.
- Strong track record of product direction and ownership, ideally across 0→1 or highly transformational initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinker who can connect market opportunities, customer needs, technology, and business objectives into a clear product direction.
- Excellent product discovery skills, with the ability to validate opportunities and make data-informed conclusions in uncertain environments.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, experimentation, KPIs, and product analytics.
- Able to translate ambiguity into clarity and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to inspire without formal authority.
- Comfortable making difficult product resolutions and taking ownership of the outcome.
- Lean, fast-execution mindset with a strong focus on value, impact, and continuous learning.
- Collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to operate effectively across Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience launching and scaling 0→1 iGaming products
- Experience working in a Product Launch, venture-building, startup, or greenfield environment.
- Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and product discovery tools. Strong understanding, customer journeys, and player behavior.
- Experience taking products from initial concept through launch, optimization, scale, and handover.
- Experience working with modern product development methodologies and lean/agile ways of working.
