What You'll Do

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and on-site activities while ensuring timely arrivals
• Assist residents on and off the bus using appropriate equipment, providing courteous and patient-centered support
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, and report any maintenance needs or incidents promptly
• Communicate effectively with facility staff regarding schedules, resident needs, and transportation updates
• Follow all safety and HIPAA requirements while supporting staff training and participating in community activities; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform required physical tasks

What You'll Need

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license required, and must be able to pass insurance screening
• Relevant transportation experience, especially in senior living or healthcare, strongly preferred
• CPR certification preferred
