## Your Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Integration Specialist for Intelligent Solutions Group located in Fargo, ND, you will:

• Serve as the primary Supply Management contact for assigned CI modules. Evaluate new requests, confirm module or product-team ownership, clarify scope, and establish the support plan and priorities.
• Support and manage execution plans for module changes, feature changes, cost-reduction projects, quality improvements, kits, bundles, transfers, resourcing, and other lifecycle needs. Coordinate resources, milestones, decisions, and closure actions.
• Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Order Fulfillment, Cost Management, Supply Base Managers, suppliers, and manufacturing locations to resolve gaps, assign ownership, and maintain alignment.
• Support supplier selection, quoting, resourcing, validation, and performance recovery. Lead or coordinate mitigation for supply constraints, obsolescence, last-time buys, country-of-origin exposure, and other resiliency risks affecting assigned modules.

## What Skills You Need

• 3 or more years of project management experience, including developing plans, coordinating resources, managing risks, and delivering results.
• 3 or more years of demonstrated effective written and verbal communication, data collection and analysis, and internal or supplier negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze alternatives and recommend solutions based on expected benefits, costs, risks, and stakeholder value.
• Ability to organize multiple concurrent priorities, drive action across functions, and escalate issues with clear facts and recommendations.

## What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in Supply Management, Supply Chain Integration, direct material purchasing, product support, or supplier management.
• Experience supporting electronic modules, PCBAs, components, kits, bundles, or electro-mechanical products.
• Experience with product design, quality, cost management, Order Fulfillment, manufacturing, or material planning.
• Experience participating on global teams or supporting global products, suppliers, and manufacturing locations.

## Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business Management, or equivalent work experience
