The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

## Your Responsibilities

As a Part Time Student - Supply Chain Integration/Continuous Improvement for John Deere World Headquarters located in Moline, IL, you will:

• Project management and sourcing responsibilities in support of Supply Chain Integration, Continuous Improvement, and Supplier Resiliency
• Tariff mitigation and recovery
• Creates and maintains key team performance reports and data sources

## What Skills You Need

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or MIS; others may apply.
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S/local accredited university/college
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Available to work during the academic year (16-20 hours weekly).
• Available to work during the summer semester (30-40 hours weekly).
• Graduation date of May 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Moline, IL on a daily basis. NOTE: Relocation assistance is not provided.
