The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

## Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student – Administrative/Engineering Support for John Deere Power Systems located in Waterloo, IA, you will...

• Perform various administrative tasks tied to embedded software development
• Assist with maintenance of knowledge sharing tools, such as SharePoint sites, and process documentation
• Review and verify work process steps performed by software engineers for accuracy and completion
• Embrace and promote the Charthouse Learning FISH! Philosophy as a means to enhance employee engagement and overall team culture

## What Skills You Need

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Communication or related field
• Must be a full-time student at a local university or college
• If currently attending a community college, must be planning to pursue a 4-year degree
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications as well as the ability to learn new tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Graduation date of May 2028 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• 10-20 hours/week during the academic year
• 20-40 hours/week during the summer semester
