Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Conduct security risk assessments and investigate security incidents Manage and monitor CCTV , Access Control,  Int rusion Alarm, and Visitor Management systems Ensure the protection of company assets, intellectual property, and critical materials Support security audits, compliance requirements , and  security governance initiatives Lead security awareness programs and promote security best practices across the organization Support emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity activities Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and relevant authorities on security-related matters Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration , or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate, manufacturing, or semiconductor security environment Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: CCTV and Access Control Systems Security Incident Management Risk Assessment and Investigations Emergency Response and Crisis Management Security Audits and Compliance Strong analytical, communication , and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
