This position reports to:
Sales Specialist__
Your role and responsibilities
- Deepen penetration of existing OEM customers in central and southern Hebei ( Shijiazhuang, Handan, Xingtai, Baoding, Hengshui, Cangzhou); build strategic account plans and increase MODP product share within each account.
- 深度开发河北中南部（石家庄，邯郸，邢台，保定，衡水，沧州）现有OEM客户，制定客户战略计划，提升MODP产品在客户中的份额。
- Identify and develop new OEM customers in central and southern Hebei, with focus on priority industries: water pumps, printing & packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical, mining, rubber & plastics, and semiconductors.
- 在河北中南部（石家庄，邯郸，邢台，保定，衡水，沧州）开发新OEM客户，重点聚焦水泵、印包、制药、化工、矿山、橡塑、半导体等行业。
- Conduct industry-specific market analysis.
- 开展区域内OEM客户行业市场分析。
- Develop new channel partners to expand OEM coverage in underserved areas: Cangzhou, Xingtai, Hengshui and Baoding.
- 在沧州、邢台、衡水、保定等薄弱地区开发新渠道伙伴，扩大OEM客户覆盖范围。
- Collaborate closely with existing local channel partners to deliver comprehensive sales and technical support for OEM customer development.
- 与本地现有渠道合作伙伴密切配合，给与OEM客户开发销售支持。。
- Promote integrated automation solutions — combining PLC and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) — within the OEM customer base.
- 在OEM客户中推进PLC和变频器整合自动化解决方案的销售。
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 电气工程、自动化、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial automation, LV drives, or OEM-related business.
- 8年以上工业自动化、低压变频器或OEM相关业务销售经验。
- Solid knowledge of LV VFD, PLC, and Servo products and their applications in OEM industries.
- 熟悉低压变频器、PLC及伺服产品及其在OEM行业的应用。
- Strong local market knowledge of central and southern Hebei OEM industries and customer landscape.
- 深入了解河北中南部OEM行业市场及客户资源。
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- 具备较强的沟通、谈判和客户关系管理能力。
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
- 积极主动、结果导向，能够独立开展客户拜访和业务开发工作。
- Willingness to travel frequently within central and southern Hebei region.
- 能适应在河北中南部区域频繁出差的工作要求。
