The Employee Services Operations Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable Employee Service Ops department in the BSO.

Core Ressponibilities
Carries out regular daily operations leading to ensuring proper and timely execution of ES Operations administrative tasks within own scope
Provide operational support to respective colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists
Support inputs provision and testing connected to global initiatives
Maintain strong and positive relationship with external providers, vendors and internal stakeholders in order to secure high-quality processing
Cooperate with colleagues in team in order to secure continuous execution of tasks and delivery
Challenge the process and identify areas for improvement with aim to achieve maximum effectivity and precision of our processes

The Employee Services Operations Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable ES Ops department in the BSO. We need employees, all eager to engage actively in building a high-performing department, valuing collaboration, quality and fun in the everyday life.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience with Employee Services processes including basic legal HR knowledge
Basic understanding of hire to retire processes with a focus on employee benefits and time and attendance management
Experience with HR Master Data Systems e.g. SAP, Workday and experience with service transitions
Work experience with ticketing systems e.g. Service Now
Experience from Shared Service, Human Resources
Team player with proactive approach
Proficiency in English both written and spoken - fluent in French
Advanced Microsoft Skills - with strong focus on Excel
Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously
Analytics and data management experience with the ability to turn insight into action
- Proven previous experience in the French Market
