As part of Atera’s Sales Development team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our sales efforts by owning the top of the funnel—pipeline creation. You will often be the first point of contact for potential customers, making a lasting first impression and qualifying leads to determine the next steps.Key Responsibilities:Internalize and embody Atera’s Mission, Vision, and Values.Collaborate with the sales team to classify accounts based on our ideal customer profile.Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities, developing and nurturing relationships within key accounts.Identify key decision-makers and assess their buying readiness and timelines for potential business opportunities.Maintain accurate sales data in CRM software, influencing monthly and quarterly sales reports, pipelines, forecasts, etc.Requirements:- Native English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
