We're seeking a Financial Analyst to join our expanding Finance and Accounting team and contribute to our ongoing development as the premier car wash company in the industry.

General Summary of Duties: 

LUV Car Wash is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting while partnering with leaders throughout the organization to drive better business decisions.

The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, operational analysis, and strategic initiatives while also assisting with month-end close, account reconciliations, and other accounting activities as needed. This role offers broad exposure across the finance organization and is designed for someone who is eager to learn, improve processes, and grow within a fast-paced, high-growth company.

FLSA Status: Exempt

• Occasional Prolonged periods of walking/ standing

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

What you’ll do:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Assist with the annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and executive reporting packages.

• Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.

• Support ad hoc financial analysis for leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Assist in evaluating capital investments, operational initiatives, and cost-saving opportunities.

Accounting

• Take ownership of assigned accounting processes (including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis) while supporting an accurate, timely, and efficient month-end close.

• Partner with the Accounting team to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist with audit requests and other financial compliance activities as needed.

Process Improvement & Technology

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation and standardization.

• Leverage Excel, business intelligence tools, and emerging technologies—including AI—to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.

• Help develop scalable reporting and analytical tools that support the growing organization.

Cross-Functional Support

• Translate financial information into meaningful business insights for non-financial partners.

• Support cross functional, special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. 

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related Field

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Finance or related.

• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, or financial analysis preferred.
