We are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, Process Development (Corporate Quality Senior Analyst) to join our team. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for providing executional excellence support for Primo Brands factories. The role requires the Sr. Analyst to improve Quality in partnership with other related functions and adherence to the Quality Strategy. The Sr. Analyst uses quality engineering tools and leadership to design quality into Primo Brands Products and processes.
- Base Salary: $89,423 - $106,652, this role is eligible for an annual bonus.
- Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) - This position is a hybrid role, requiring 2–3 days onsite each week. Onsite days are flexible.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours based on business need.
- Travel: This role involves up to 25% travel across the U.S., with possible trips to Canada as needed.

Responsibilities
The Sr. Analyst, Process Development is responsible for providing executional excellence support for Primo Brands factories. The role requires the Sr. Analyst to improve Quality in partnership with other related functions and adherence to the Quality Strategy. The Sr. Analyst uses quality engineering tools and leadership to design quality into Primo Brands Products and processes.
- Works closely with factory resources and Corporate Quality to design and implement effective Food Safety and Compliance systems & procedures in alignment with business objectives. Must support compliance with all Primo Brands Corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Additional duties and responsibilities include:
- Supports the National Strategy that will set the company up to achieve the strategic Quality Goals.
- Works with the direction of Senior Corporate Quality Manager to schedule, prioritize, and conduct quality assurance activities including site visits on a priority basis.
- Acts as a resource for/to Supply Chain to provide food safety and compliance assistance.
- Supports a process and metric-based approach for success in Retail and Large Format Factories.
- Provides indirect support to new project initiatives through participation in team meetings as initiatives enter the facility.
- Creates, edits, updates and approves quality assurance program elements including Quality Incidents, quality assurance surveillance and testing plans, assessments, and quality.
- Participates as a lead auditor in the food safety and quality auditing program
- Interprets quality results and provides recommendations from audits, assessments, and customer or consumer field quality concerns.
- Provide training and Food Safety guidance to factory Operations and Technical teams.
- Drives GFSI/ FSSC 22000 Certification at the Facilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, or related field
- 1-5 years’ related experience with quality systems
- Experience with problem solving tools and ability to coach others through root cause analysis
- Familiar with FSMA, FDA 21 CFR relating to Food Safety, Bottled Waters and Food Safety modernization Acts
- Knowledge of ISO 220000 is an asset
- Required to travel throughout North America
