Job Description:

We are seeking a new talent to join the AI & Data team, with the following responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end AI platform architecture on Azure (AKS, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry)

• Define agentic orchestration framework - MAF, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel

• Translate VBP business requirements into technical roadmap and sprint-ready stories

• Lead code review standards, architectural governance, and technical decision records

• Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance is embedded in platform design from day one

• Serve as primary technical escalation point for Risant client stakeholders

• Oversee all 10 team members on technical direction - onshore and offshore

*This is a hybrid role requiring three days/week in Walnut Creek/Pleasanton, CA area office.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end AI platform architecture including Generative AI & Agentic AI Solution Architecture, Cloud-Native Platform Engineering, Enterprise Integration & Event-Driven Architecture and DevSecOps, SRE & Production Operations

• HS Diploma/GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar
