For our financial department we are currently looking for Payment & Banking Team Leader, who will coordinate the performance of Payment and Banking activities, drive an action plan, ensure corrective actions are taken when required as well as support the team to achieve performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements and develop the team members.

Coordinate the performance of Payment and Banking activities, drive an action plan, ensure corrective actions are taken when required
Plan and monitor the work of the team, setting goals, preparing a development plan, evaluation, working time administration
Support and develop the teams through regular communication, planning and coaching
Support the team to achieve performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements and develop the team members through regular communication, planning, coaching, and performance review.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all transactions, in accordance with performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements.
Monitor, interpret, and report teams key performance indicators
Coordinate, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of process improvements within the team,
Identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity including Intercompany policy
Participate in joint, multinational projects and initiatives according to the current needs
Give regular feedback and allocate sufficient time for the team's development and support
Propose, evaluate, and implement process improvements in collaboration with the KION GPO.
Your Skills and Expertise:
Min. 2 years of experience in people manager role
Experience working in a shared services center within a complex, high-volume environment
Strong understanding and experience in payments and banking finance processes and process improvement
Proficiency in SAP financials and MS Excel
English - fluent; any other European language is an asset
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
Curiosity with openness to new technologies
Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
