We're looking for a BDR Manager - APAC to lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), driving pipeline generation and supporting revenue growth across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, operational excellence, and collaboration across Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing BDR team
- Drive activity, meeting generation, conversion performance and pipeline creation across APAC
- Monitor and manage team KPIs using data, dashboards and reporting tools
- Deliver regular coaching through call reviews, role plays and performance discussions
- Analyse team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align outbound strategies and pipeline objectives
- Recruit, onboard and support the development of BDR talent
- Manage forecasting, reporting and performance improvement plans where required
Skills and Experience
- Experience leading BDR, SDR or similar sales development teams within a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline generation and performance metrics
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable sales tools
- Ability to coach, motivate and develop individuals at different stages of performance
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
