YOUR MISSION:
Join the Product Owner team for Supply Chain Planning and Allocation Decision. Contribute across the product lifecycle, with a strong focus on testing, user enablement, adoption and measurable outcomes.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Support functional tests for delivered enhancements and document results.
- Create and maintain User Guides, Release Notes and other end-user materials.
- Update the Product's AI Knowledge Agent with approved documentation and promote its usage.
- Monitor product adoption, collect feedback and identify engagement improvements.
- Build and track product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in Looker.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor or Master student/recent graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business or a related field.
- Curious, proactive and structured, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Comfortable with data, dashboards, testing and clear user documentation.
- Interested in new information technologies, Digital Adoption and Generative AI.
- Fluent English and French; another language is an advantage.
- School/university internship agreement required; available for 6 months from February 2027.
