As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support customers using electric vehicles by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them toward a seamless experience. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience across charging, connectivity, and vehicle-related services, while contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

What we offer:

Compensation UP TO GROSS GEL:

• 2,860 GEL – in the first 6 months (gross salary + bonus)

• 3,120 GEL – after 6 months (gross salary + increased bonus)

What We’re Looking For

·    Fluent German skills, both spoken and written

·    Very Good English skills

·    Strong customer orientation and communication skills

·    Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types

·    Good computer skills + fast typing

·    Creative, solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player

·    Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

·    Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required 

What you'll do

·    Handle inbound calls and written inquiries from customers

·    Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English

·    Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans

·    Update and maintain customer and booking data

·    Work closely with your team to deliver the best customer experience
