Sales Executive — New Orleans, LA | Around $80K Base (negotiable) + Uncapped Commissions

• Position summary: Are you a hunter, a closer, and a relationship builder who thrives in a high-reward, high-impact environment? Join an elite sales team where top performers build residual-income businesses and earn significant annual compensation.

• Compensation & highlights: Negotiable base salary (approx. $80K) + UNCAPPED commissions; 9-month guaranteed ramp; residual income for 5 YEARS on every deal; NO deal splits — you own your business; quotas that NEVER increase.

• Earnings potential: Top performers earning $250K–$500K+ annually (examples of top ranges include $300K–$500K+).

• What you'll do (core responsibilities):

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.

• Execute a go-to-market sales strategy to uncover client needs.

• Present PEO & ASO solutions to C-level decision-makers.

• Build referral pipelines through broker and partner channels.

• Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings.

• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored HR solutions.

• Collaborate with internal specialists to maximize deal success.

• Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting → closing → onboarding.

• Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

• Represent the brand professionally in the community.

• What you'll be selling (simplified):

• PEO (Professional Employer Organization): A full-service HR outsourcing solution where we partner with businesses under a co-employment model — handling payroll, benefits, compliance, and more.

• ASO (Administrative Services Organization): A flexible, à la carte HR solution where clients pick the services they need — ideal for companies that want customization without co-employment.

• Minimum qualifications & experience required:

• High School Diploma (required).

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (HCM, PEO, payroll, SaaS, or similar preferred).

• Proven track record of quota attainment / exceeding goals.

• Strong networking ability with experience building referral partnerships.

• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and comfort selling to executives and business owners.
