Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Communications Specialist to support awareness, engagement, and adoption initiatives across our initiatives within Area Consumer Interaction, Tribe Tech4Engneering at Rabobank. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner of our marketing squad and the team of communication specialists to help deliver impactful communication campaigns, create engaging content, and generate insights that improve adoption and user engagement.

 

You & your role

Support the planning and execution of internal communication and product marketing campaigns, events, and engagement initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption. Develop engaging content for internal communication channels.

 

Examples for practices

• Manage email marketing activities, including audience segmentation, content scheduling, campaign deployment, and performance tracking. 
• Support multimedia and video production projects through concept development, storyboard creation, stakeholder coordination, and promotional planning. 
• Deliver compelling presentations and narratives that communicate key insights, product value, and strategic priorities to diverse audiences.

• Drive continuous improvement by gathering user feedback, testing new communication approaches, and applying learnings to enhance future initiatives.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards/ analytics reports, monitor performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and adoption. 
• Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across squads and business units to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

You & your talent

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, communications, campaign management, internal communications, or a related discipline, preferably within a technology, engineering, or digital product organization.
• Proven experience planning and executing communication or marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI; familiarity with Piano Analytics is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.
