Role oeverview:

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing programmes across Planet's business areas. You'll shape and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that attract new customers, grow our business with existing ones and strengthen our brand.

You'll work closely with Sales, Product and Commercialisation teams to turn business priorities into marketing programmes that deliver measurable results. You'll also collaborate with Planet's wider Marketing team, including Digital, Events, Design, Communications and Product Marketing, bringing together specialist expertise to drive impact.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with strong execution. It suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, is motivated by commercial outcomes, and wants to play a key role in helping marketing contribute to business growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing programmes across email, paid media, webinars, events and partner channels to drive pipeline, customer engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop targeted campaigns for priority accounts, customer segments and growth opportunities.
• Build and support customer marketing initiatives that increase adoption, engagement and customer value across Planet's solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to align marketing activity with business priorities and revenue goals.
• Brief and collaborate with specialist marketing teams, including Digital, Events, Design, Content, Communications and Product Marketing, to deliver effective programmes.
• Support the development and activation of customer stories, testimonials and sales enablement materials.
• Track campaign, pipeline and commercial performance, using insights and data to optimise future activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, programmes and ways of working as the team continues to evolve.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS or a related technology sector.
• A strong commercial mindset and experience supporting pipeline generation, customer growth and revenue objectives.
• Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience with account-based marketing, customer marketing, demand generation or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside sales, commercial and product teams.
• Confidence using data and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot or similar.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, self-starting approach and a willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
• Curiosity about emerging marketing approaches, including the practical use of AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English. Additional European languages are a plus.
