Who You Are:

We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Coordinator to support the growth of our TikTok Shop business while contributing to Amazon and DTC affiliate initiatives. This role will act as a key liaison between creators, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to drive creator engagement, affiliate growth, and revenue performance across social commerce channels.

What You're Good At:

Creator Relationship Management

• Own and nurture relationships with a portfolio of top-performing TikTok Shop creators.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creator communications, opportunities, and escalations.

• Develop engagement strategies to increase creator retention, activation, and sales performance.

• Identify high-potential creators to support business growth.

Agency Partnership Management

• Work closely with external agency partners to manage creator recruitment, onboarding, and communications.

• Coordinate creator opportunities, product seeding, promotions, and campaigns through agency partners.

• Maintain regular business reviews and performance discussions with agency teams.

• Act as the bridge between internal teams, agencies, and creators to ensure smooth execution.

Creator Community & Support

• Manage creator communications through Discord, Lark, and other community channels.

• Provide timely support for creator inquiries, campaign participation, product requests, and operational issues.

• Foster a positive creator community and encourage ongoing participation.

• Collect creator feedback and share insights with internal teams.

Creator Education & Engagement

• Develop and host creator trainings, workshops, webinars, and office hours.

• Create programs that generate excitement around product launches, seasonal campaigns, and affiliate opportunities.

• Build educational resources, playbooks, and best practices to help creators maximize performance.

• Launch community challenges, contests, and incentive programs that drive engagement and sales.

Affiliate Program Support

• Assist with affiliate recruitment, activation, communications, and relationship management.

• Coordinate promotional opportunities and ensure partners have the assets needed for success.

• Track affiliate performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Monitor creator, agency, and affiliate performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of creator outreach, communications, and partnership activities.

• Provide regular reporting and insights on creator engagement, affiliate performance, and revenue contribution.

• Identify trends and recommend opportunities to scale successful initiatives.

What You Contribute:

Required

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social commerce, or community management.

• Strong relationship building and communication skills.

• Experience managing external partners, agencies, or creator relationships.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with TikTok Shop and creator Commerce.

• Experience using Discord, Lark, Slack, or similar community management tools.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make recommendations.
